Connecting Virtually: Community Relations in the Digital Age

Scroll down

Session Description

Companies today need to build virtual community-relations strategies alongside strategies for in-person stakeholder and community engagement, a fact that presents both opportunities and challenges. How are companies identifying, engaging with, and managing virtual communities, and what have they learned? How can cutting-edge technological developments enhance effective community-relations strategies? The four speakers will each give a five-minute, high-level overview of community relations at their organization, then participants can choose to join a breakout group that will discuss the approach more in-depth with one of the speakers.
