Chloe Poynton works with companies to advance respect for human rights. From 2011 to 2015, she was a member of BSR’s global human rights practice. In that capacity, she supported companies in their human rights due diligence efforts, including: developing human rights policies; conducting human rights impact assessments at the corporate, country, site and product levels; promoting integration efforts; and implementing grievance mechanisms and remedy programs. Prior to BSR, Poynton served with the United Nations Development Programme as an Electoral Advisor in Sierra Leone and as a market researcher at Fusion Hill.
