Zainab Hussain Siddiqui is Manager, Corporate Social Responsibility at Telenor Pakistan and was the lead for conducting company-wide human rights due diligence in 2014. With extensive experience in the Pakistani telecom industry, development sector, and government, Siddiqui is a specialist in managing ICTs and mobiles for development projects in health, education, disability inclusion, and emergency response. Before joining Telenor Pakistan, Siddiqui was an external consultant with the International Labor Organization (ILO) on issues of gender equality and decent employment. She has also worked in strategy, business intelligence, project management, and policy positions with Pakistan’s incumbent operator PTCL and the Ministry of IT & Telecom.
